I LOVE Kohlrabi!
I ate it in Germany all the time, unfortunately in the US it's just so expensive.
I cut it in sticks, dip it in some yogurt dip with herbs and munch
To cook it, peel it, cut it in short sticks or chunks and boil in salted water until tender.
Then drain, return to pot with a bit of butter, season with pepper and fresh chopped parsley.
Tastes great as a side dish with any kind of meat.0
