Not only wanting to get thin, but also in-shape!

Hellooo MyFitnessPal!

I was here for awhile just tracking calories, and I decided I wanted to actually do something. So I made a new account, and here I am! I would love some supportive people! I'm 19 and I don't want to be lazy all the time anymore.

I have hypothyroidism and PCOS, and it's been such a huge struggle for me. It seems like I can't lose the weight, but I know with some motivators and friends I will be able to. I would like to start running, but I'm incredibly out of shape so I'll just take it one step at a time! I want to lose about 30 pounds, I know it's not much to blink at, but I personally think it's a goal that would change my life.

    Welcome back, feel free to add me. Maybe a couch to 5K type program would help if you want to run. Or some home videos? that is what I'm doing and I'm liking it. You can do it!
