Good HRM's?

Hi pal's, i'm buying a HRM! I've been studying some brands, like polar and suunto. However before i made a desicion i would like to hear about your experiences with HRM's..which one you guys have..also what you suggest based on my needs. I want one that calculates calories burned, its not too heavy and easy to use! I tend to work out dancing, doing circuit training, lifting weigths, jogging.

Thank you all! :D

I've had the Polar FT4 for about a month and I'm very happy with it. It's easy to set up and use, and it's waterproof so I can use it when I swim. The "watch" is a bit bulky, but it hasn't got in my way at all so it's a non-issue for me.

I considered the Polar FT7 but it was little more expensive and had some features I figured I'd never use, like the ability to auto-submit to their online tracker. I chose the Polar brand name based on people here recommending it.

I would recommend one that has a chest strap - if it doesn't have the chest strap it won't be as accurate. Also, keep in mind that it's more for exercising, and not for keeping track all day long. From what I understand, if you're not in your 'zone' it gets much less accurate.

    Have fun!

I use a sportline duo. The watch isn't too heavy, and the band is lightweight. I always forget that I am wearing it!!! :)
