ok so me and my friend are going to panera tonight, and I normally get the tuna on the white bread which is 170 calories, the tuna is 200 calories, then I take off the tomato, onions, and just leave on the lettuce/pepper which they say is 0 calories,so with that I cut it in half and I calculated it out to 185 calories since 185+185 equals the calorie count for the whole sandwich with what I have on it,does that sound about right? I'm bad at math and used my computers caclculator so I wanted to double check with you all

You can use Panera's website to calculate the nutrition facts.
And if you take off the tomatos & onions, just ask them to leave them off. That way they aren't wasting food.
