I buy my 'Lean Fit' protein powder at Costco for around $50 for a 4 litre tub. I only use it smoothies so far, so I'm interested also in some other ways to use it!0

Thanks! What kind of smoothies do you make?0

Buy the cheapest one you can find at walmart. You can mix in a shaker cup with water/ milk, or you can add to smoothies or use it in baking.0

'sugar 101' has lots of recipes with protein powder (find through google or another search engine)0

I haven't used it myself but I always see people mixing in some into their pancakes or muffins or cookies or basically anything ^^ Just make sure you get plain or vanilla if you plan on doing that so that way the powder mixes in better.0
