    I have the same problem and I have come to the agreement that if I don't either make my 10,000 fitbit steps or work out half an hour a day then I owe my daughter's piggy bank ten dollars for the day, and I am WAY to poor to give her ten dollars a day.

    If you're in a slump, just make a date and go out and do it. Just once.

    I used to have to haul myself out of bed on days off (definitely not saying you need to do this to start) to go running, but after 2 or 3 days without it, I was having withdrawals and felt one hundred times better after the exercise endorphins kicked in.

    Now I'm at the point where I HAVE to exercise every day otherwise I'm a complete bear lol

    You just have to find something that you like to do, or, if nothing else, would be WILLING to find time for during the day.
