Congratulations on minus 19! More mature than most that I see, it may take me longer but I am committed to wellness, discipline, and exercise. Thanks for your support.

What did I do yesterday that I am proud of? cut up celery and made the best wedding soup ever that shows as 140 cal for 2 cups.
What would I have done differently? Had a healthier dinner.

There is always a first :laugh: It helped that I did 45 minutes on the elliptical and 30 minutes nautlius. I don't usually have a good workout like that on Saturday's.0 -

What is today's personal goals? Stay within my calories and workout . I weighed myself today... 189 - 20lbs. I think I hit 189 before Christmas but now I am back :noway: I think I am going to make Friday my weigh in day. I haven't been very consistent with my weigh in day in the past.
