Hi Everyone! I'm brand new here. I'm a 21 year old college student. I was at my dream weight for almost a couple years, but recently gained 20 lbs over the course of about 6 months. I'm new to all of this, so any advice would be appreciated!

Hey there! Keep logging your intake and just remember that you WILL get back to that fabulous body you had! Stay motivated and even if you have a bad day, its okay. Put your head high and just continue where you left off. Best of luck!0

^^^I don't think I could have said it any better!!!I started logging Nov. 4 this year and already lost 4 lbs only 96 to go!!! Keep up the logging!!!
