Hey,
Im not exactly new to this site as I have been on here a while, but I have recently started up again and have been logging daily for 4 weeks now... Im deturmined to stick to it this time to loose the weight Iv gained at uni. Im currently doin low carb and its working as I have lost 7lb in 3 weeks.
Im here to recieve support and to give it back in return as I know its hard to stick to it without some encouragement and positive feedback!
My start weight was 123 and i am aiming for 112, at 5'2 and 20 years old!
PLEASE ADD ME IF YOU LOG DAILY AND YOUR DEDICATED

Hi Chloe Am on day 5 on hcg diet, where you take hcg drops so your body thinks your pregant, and you eat only 500 calories a day. No carbs, or sugar etc. Was 101 and already lost 2kg in five days so happy so far. I log in every day to record what I weigh and track what I've eaten. Happy to be diet buddy need some motivation too as ok so far but hard as have yummy stuff here for the kids so tempting but so far so good.
