ate so much

im sitting in bed reflecting on how much ive eaten!

i had pasta with meat sauce
a piece of garlic bread
a pb&j sandwhich
chicken noodle soup
zuccini and sauteed shrimp
2 girl scout cookies
spinach salad with french dressing
green tea


so i added it all up. only 1470! not bad at all,, and i added in my excersise, 20 minutes on elliptical and 60 minute jazzercize class and im left with 40 extra callories to eat!

i was so stressed laying in bed feeling quitly and evidentally it wasnt as bad as i thought!

    It's amazing, isn't it!?

    When you really get your mind to pay attention to your eating habits and how it starts to get concerned about things like it should have years ago. I can't wait until my mind actually makes this a true second nature event for me so that when I sit down both it and I know and recognize what a portion is and how much I should or shouldn't do at one sitting.

    hello

    that was my most amazing discovery when i started this new lifestyle, i can actualy eat !!!
    when you know the right things to eat and the portions you can eat a lot !

    my bf keeps asking me if i am going over my calories coz he can't get over the fact that i can eat like i am and still loose weight !

    i know i will loose all the wieght i need to, coz its really an easy thing to do now that i have this website and an exercising routine,
