Looking for a good yoga program, similar to P90X YogaX

I am a fan of p90x. I absolutely LOVE Yoga x. Sadly, my DVD died. It got a nasty big scratch on it and *cry* its not playable. So I would like to take this opportunity to maybe try out something new. Anyone have suggestions/faves they would like to recommend?

Bob Harper's Yoga for the Warrior. I like it so much better than the P90X yoga and it's shorter - just under an hour.

For a really challenging yoga session of 75 minutes - or for anyone who thinks yoga is just about lentils and navel gazing - try this:

Just about covers everything yoga except upside down things. A really good workout - I promise sore muscles the day after!

it acutally is pretty solid and gives me a break from both my P90x and x2 yoga and my MTV yoga routines.

edited to add: have you considered trying kettlebells?

pfft....I can do more handstand pushups than you can, just from yoga. :)

this statement is 100% factually correct
  • Beachbody should replace the dvd if you got it from them. I purchased fountain of youth yoga from Tony's One on One series for a shorter but good yoga workout. About 45-50min instead of 93. Great sub for the time crunched weekends.

I REALLY enjoyed this session! It wasn't overly challenging (except the Bird of Paradise...that's just NUTS) but it Definitely did the trick and gave me what I needed.. Gotta say its the first time I have done yoga to hard rock music, but it totally suited the atmosphere. Thank you very much for the recommendation!
