How often do you weight in?

Currently once every two weeks, prior to that it was once a week but I got bored as my goal is only < 1lb per week, so I'm happy seeing the scale move by 2lbs every time I get back on. Reading the earlier responses everyone does their own thing, so just do what works for you. Good luck.0

Every morning, i like to know how my body reacts to certain foods and also because i'm too curious not too
EDIT: Should put though that I only log my weight once a week on MFP.0
