I had lunch at my moms today and brought and ate the calories I had alloted for lunch....but she had homemade chili soooo...I had like 2 tsb of chili with like 10 fritos and maybe a tsb of cheese.....then tiny tsp of peach cobbler....which isn't enough to measure on the database but I know we are suppose to log everything that goes in our mouth....so is there some way I can put like a miscellaneous 150 cals on there some way??? I guess I could kinda guesstimate calories and make it a meal and save it???

I would just select one of your normal foods and mess with the serving size until you come up with 150 calories, just put in your food diary notes what it actually is...

I actually usually go through and try to put everything in as accurately as I can, but I know that not everyone is willing to do that. So, the "miscellaneous" calories in the database will work, but just remember that most of the misc. listing in the database are calories only (no carbs, sodium, fat, etc.)... just something to keep in mind :flowerforyou:
