    Outstanding idea! I was just saying I need to work out a minimum of 4 days this week. This sounds great! I usually burn off about 800 calories in one workout, so my goal is to get on that treadmill every day this week :) Here we go!!!!

    Had to edit my goal.. I was looking at ALL burned calories for the previous week, not just exercise cals. So..

    GOAL: ~3,500 cals for the week~
