Peanut butter is great, provided it is not sweetened with sugar!! I have it on sticks of celery as a snack, sounds weird, but tastes fab - try it :)

I have peanut butter almost daily, mainly 1 tablespoon on an english muffin :). Just account for it and you'll be fine. If you find you can't control it then throw it away.

I often take peanut butter on crackers for lunch at work, or I have it as a snack at home with an apple. I don't have a large amount, so it's fine. It hasn't stopped me losing weight!

Peanut butter is some of the most healthy fat you could possibly eat. It is high in calories so you have to be careful. I like to eat a little bit on whole wheat bread before i work out.

I eat peanut butter daily. I am still losing weight. Measure it, count it and then ENJOY it :)
