need help with protein powders!!

I was talking to this girl who has lost a lot of weight and she recommended to me to try tony sfeir's swiss chocolate protein shake...
so I searched the website and found two shakes, one called Ladies Slim Whey which comes in chocolate, and the other called Pea Protein Swiss Chocolate'... and i'm not sure which one she meant...

http://tonysfeir.com.au/products/womens-weight-loss/ladies-slim-whey/
http://tonysfeir.com.au/products/naturel-healthy-proteins/pea-protein-isolate/pea-protein-swiss-chocolate/

I need help though because I don't know much about protein powders and stuff, so I just wanted a protein powder that would
1. help with weight loss
2. be good to take after a big workout

can someone pleaseeeee help me! i really have no idea, thanks

They are kinda same when it comes to weight loss. Both are also good after workout. Pretty much 90% of all protein powders are the same, only difference is in brand and little things what are irrelevant to most people (like allergies, bigger or lower sodium, gluten intolerance, vegan, etc). The same is true for these. When you look for protein powder you need to look at how much protein it has in it. In this case it's 80%, around 120 cals in 30 grams and around 24g protein, what is good. If it would had like 50% of protein it would be weight gainer... could help you add some fat. If it has carbs in it same thing. If you wanna build muscle you need one with 80% protein or more. Unless you have like super fast metabolism and have hard time to gain weight, or you use unnatural supplements for test boost. :)

Only differences between them is that one is for vegans made from peas and other is made from milk. Pea one is good for people intolerant to wheat and gluten and milk products. All tho Ladies Slim one has less sodium in in what is good thing. Up to you what you pick. I personally would take the one with less sodium...

I've just started taking a protein powder before I work out but its a one that has fat burners in as well. Its Scitec Nutrition New Form Easy Diet. If you're in the UK this is the website I got it from http://www.megafreaksupplements.com/womens-corner/. Good luck x
