Easier than counting points all day!

Hi! I am new to this site and have been using the Food and Exercise Log for one week now. I absolutely love it! I am finding this way easier than tracking points or adding up calories in my head as the day drags on... I love how the Food Log gives you short term weight loss goals if you stick to eating the way you are. I am really enjoying it so far and I am confident it will help me reach my weight loss goals!

    I've been here for 10 days now and I love it!

    I true that it makes really easy to track calories, but also prevents from making mistakes! When I crave something, I look up how much calories it has and most often than not change my mind!!
