Hi,
First day for me! Did my nutritional goals and I am confused about one thing...my net calories consumed was listed as 1410/day with a calorie deficit of 500 per day with exercise. Does that mean that I should be eating 1910 calories per day and workout for a 500 calorie loss? I have been on weight watchers and gained weight. Hubby says I am not eating enough with all the exercise I do! Help!!0 -
ohhhh, you're asking the wrong person here lol.

Hi Spaniel,
The 1410 calories/day is the minimum you should eat on days that you dont exercise. If you exercise you are given those calories ie:500 , and they are added to your minimum for the day.I'm only allotted 1200 calories per day and I find it very hard to even each that much as what I now eating is more healthy. I hope this clears up any confusion.0
