Calories in Home-made Chicken Stock?

I roasted a chicken yesterday, removed most of the meat for tonight's chicken pie and everything else went in the pot with a water, a couple of bay leaves, some fresh thyme and salf and pepper. The stock's now cooled and I'll strain off the fat as best I can, but there'll no doubt be some left behind. So, does anyone have any idea how to calculate the calories in my completed stock?

I'd say guess from the information you can find in the MFP database. Also, be sure to skim off as much of the fat as you can.0

Forgot about the prepared stocks you can buy in cartons. I just used one of them. It's fairly low calorie. And obviously mine is better!0
