Everyone has bad days, I'm sure.
When those days come one right after the other, I feel a bit overwhelmed, physically and emotionally.
That was the case this week: I had to adapt a bit and though I controlled portions, I still didn't eat very well.
Now I feel ... full, in a toxic way, like I need to cleanse and get rid of the junk.
Is there something specific you do, when bad days leave you bloated and discouraged?
Do you simply go back to eating "normally" (ie healthy) or are there some tricks? (like maybe a certain food or macro, I don't know)
I've read about juice "fasts" for a day, but I'm afraid I won't be able to stay away from the food!
