Cake anyone?

well ive been asked to do a cake for a baptism and well im also invited to it so that means i choose the flavor ect. well i was thinking carrot cake because its good, moist,and moderately sweet. i was just wondering if anyone had a recipe for carrot cake that has all the same qualities above and not be 600 calories a slice.

This recipe is from Cooking Light, which I love to find healthified versions of recipes. It says it's 284 calories a slice (frosting included!), and there are 20 servings baked in a 9 X 13 pan.
