UP AND DOWN......

I joined MFP in February of this year and my weight at that time was 159.1lbs. Two years ago, I had started going to gym while my husband was deployed and toned up and lost weight. I was down to 130 with about 20% body fat. My body and mind felt so good, it was a high I loved. I got lazy after my husband returned from deployment and gained almost thirty lbs in one year. That's when I joined MFP. For Christmas prior to joining, I asked for a treadmill and my husband got me one. Running about 5-6 days a week along with doing light weight lifting, I lost 21lbs. Yay me!! Then the move happened. We moved over seas and what a process it was. I gained 15lbs in two months...yuck! We moved into our home about the third week of September and since then I have been really focused on my goal. Right now I'm at 136 and have 9lbs to go to meet my goal weight and to meet it by the new year. I run 6 days a week and lift weights.
