Need help Toning my butt and thighs fast

Now that I have lost almost 20 lbs in 6 weeks I hate the look of my butt and tights. My arms are a bit saggy but that I can live with.
My butt has always been firm though but now I hate looking at it and my thighs sag as well. Any ideas what exercises I can do to tighten quickly

    Lunges and squats. I don't know how fast you will see results, though.

    If you have access to a gym you should look into weight lifting. If you don't then there are a lot of total body workouts online that give great results if you stick to them. Do some searching. I think the most popular on this site are 30DS and P90X.

    Dance and martial arts classes are great for your lower body and abs, too, as well as being fun and incorporating cardio.

    Or you could just go old school and do things like squat jumps, lunges, and leg lifts. I would recommend mixing in jumping jacks or jump rope to keep your heart rate up in between sets, though.

    It really all depends on what you're interested in, and what you have access to. :)
