Ok so a challenger is someone who gets all in your face about why your not dieting, somsone who calls you to ask why you havent exercised today.
Im a lazy *kitten* ill admit it... and i dont have anyone nearby to workout with, so maybe if i get the occaisonal phone call reminding me that im a fat hunk of carp i might just go out and work out more...
