20 lb Milestone

As the title indicates I have shed 20 lbs since starting my calorie count at the end of July. Not only that, but I have successfully dropped the 1 1/2" from my waistline I was looking forward to losing. That and more! I'm actually down over 2" from my former waistline. I'm where I was at in my 20's, a place I thought I would never be again. I've still got a few more pounds to shed and some remaining fat on the spare tire, but I'm close now, very close, to achieving my final goal. I'm a little behind schedule, but not far and looking forward to reaching that goal by the midwinter holidays.
