It's a useless scam.
Find out your calorie requirements and eat less than that. Spend more time moving and less time sitting.

I did not find it helpful. First, if you're at a restaurant you probably aren't alone and other people might make you embarrassed to use it in front of them. Or in my case my boyfriend was embarrassed to be seen with me using it, bc people stared at us and asked what it was lol. A waitress asked if something was wrong with my food one time, which brings to mind some nicer places get offended if you season their food.
I used it on everything at home and didn't notice a difference in fullness or anything, but that could very well be because I didn't use it for EVERY meal. Either way was a huge waste of money for me.0
