Struggling at weekend

I lead a very busy life, like most people, so come Sunday I like to do very little and this includes eating.

I try to have breakfast, lunch and dinner but tend to miss dinner. I don't usually exercise either--my day of rest.

I wonder if anyone has any hints or tips to get me through Sundays. I still have nearly 1000 calories left.
