chia seeds

I had heard a lot of good things about them and picked up a bag today at the store. Does anyone use them, and if so, what do you put them in?
also, the serving size is .5 oz and I don't know if my non-digital food scale will register that. Does anyone know the approximate serving size that might be?

I do! Half an ounce is a lot of chia seeds though. I usually put a tsp or so in yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies, basically mixed into anything soft.0

on my bag it says a serving is 1 teaspoon. I use them in my smoothies. I've heard of people using them in baking like in breads or pancakes though.0

I use mine in shakes, crock pot recipes, or a great drink I got from the Born to Run book. They're tasteless, so you can really put them in anything. My kids have never even noticed them!0
