new diet help

Im starting a fresh tomorrow but i feel really guilty fortonight having ate loads of crap, like my i think my stomach has stretched the ammount of food i have just....
has anyone got any good tips with helping let go or starting a fresh and any good exercisee activites good at home or tips? :)

    Skipping is good to do at home! I'd do it more but i have mahoooosive boobies and need to get a good training bra. haha.

    As for letting it go. just think of it as 'its done now, nothing i can do about it' and wake up with a new start. at least you're doing something to change it! thats what seems to get me through the crap days!

    i also find going to the gym or doing a bit of extra work makes me feel better about doing bad the day before :)

    but mostly don't worry! :) you didnt gain all the weight in one day so one bad night will be ok if its amongst a tonne of good days :)
