All my friends on here are from Overseas countries and no one is ever online when i am! Some help and support is needed from fellow Aussies!!!

Im Emily from Melbourne, Victoria. Im 18 and trying to shred some fat and a few kilos.

    Hey! Im a kiwi living in Aussie. I'm just south of Perth. Im Penny, 26 and trying to get back to here I was 5 years ago :)

    Hi .. I'm Sheryl, I live in Perth. I joined myfitnesspal last year, but fell off the wagon so to speak. I've just done a 3 month program with healthy inspirations and lost 4.5kg and 27 cms, but have now hit a slump :( & desperately would like to drop another 3 kgs!!.
    Thought I'd log back on and start tracking to actually see where I'm going wrong!!!
