Does anyone else here have the problem where your family (kids and partner - or any other family members really) want you to get healthy, but when you prepare family meals that are healthful (because it is a pain in the backside to prepare two meals each night) they complain and carry on about it?
I am trying to change the eating habits of my hubby and kids as they are pretty poor, so I'll swap out white bread for wholegrain bread, or add new veggies or whatever, but all I get is complaint. If I am going to be eating totally different things to them it is going to cost a fortune, nevermind the time expenditure...plus, it doesn't help me when all I want is what they're having...please tell me I am not alone here.

It sounds like an uphill battle, but by trying to make it work, you're extending the life of you, your husband, and your kids. Best of luck!0
