How to change your daily calorie goal

So MFP set mine to 1260, but I think that's too low for me. I'm pretty young (18) and I'm pretty sure I have a high metabolism, I just eat (well used to eat) a crapload of food lol.
This probably is a very obvious question, but I'm new here:P

Go in the goals section.... Change goals...and Custom
If you add more... I would add protein first.... Lean protein calories will not make you fat...So even if you take a bit too much it won't matter much and it will feed your muscles etc...0 -
Or you could just change your weight loss goal, that's what I did. When I first started I selected a pound and a half a week, but had some trouble sticking to it so adjusted down to a pound a week and have been doing well since.0
