I'm going to talk about poop. Before changing my lifestyle, I was extremely regular--I would have a BM just about every day when I got up, at least six days a week. Now, my BMs are much more infrequent--probably one every two or three days. I did notice when I reduced my liquid intake that the BMs were more difficult.

Has this happened to others? Is it a function of less solid intake and more of it being used? I eat a lot of popcorn and presume that provides enough roughage to prevent problems.
