tabata

I did my first session of tabata training tonight. OMG, I am going to be extremely sore tomorrow because I already am! Haha! But going to love it! Now, I am trying to figure out how to input this into my exercise diary. Any ideas how?

    I did a Tabata video tonight. It was about 45 minutes including warm-up and cool down and I burned about 500 calories according to my HRM. I currently weigh 203lbs and am 5'6" so you will burn more or less than that. Just thought I would give you and idea. I would probably log it under cardio as circuit training. Definitely a killer workout.
