Hey everyone! So I'm new here and am looking for some motivation and inspirations. I am 25. My goal signing up here is to get myself back in shape. I am married and have a 4 year old. I work a crazy swing shift and they are 12 hour days. I go back and forth from working days to midnights every couple days so keeping any normal schedule is almost impossible. I'm not overweight, but I do have my problem areas that I want to fix. I also have high blood pressure that my doctors can't explain, to the point where I'm on meds. It came about when I had my son. I've always been into fitness, but my problem is keeping up with it! I'm not a very good eater - although I love my veggies and fruit. Usually I go for a week or two good and then lose the motivation, I figured getting on here (after seeing a friend sign up) might help me through. My goal is to get that bikini body I want by the summer! Feel free to ad me as a friend, I'm always up for tips, input and ideas!
