i thought i'd get more responses...
i did check out the package today... there are alot of warnings... it cost about $23 & had enough to last about 3 wks... the pkg sys you take 1 tablet for breakfast & 1 for lunch the first week, then 2 tablets for breakfast & lunch after the first week. It did say not to take withing 5 hours of bedtime...0 -
I have no advice on slim quick but have you tried changing up your diet or what exercises you are doing? Sometimes all it takes to "jump start" your metabolism again is to change things up for a week. Everyone hits plateaus and they can last for several weeks.0

I tried it several years ago and had NO luck with it. I have better luck with my walking and following a low carb type diet. I mean no white sugar items or white flour items. I eat whole grain breads and brown rice and very little white potaoes. not to say i dont ever eat them. i just save them and have on a 'cheat day'. I alternate my walks, a long walk 2-3 days a week and shorter walks the other days and take 1 day off. Good luck!0

I did the cleanse and then started taking the tablets. It doesn't do anything if you're not eating well and exercising, but I noticed my appetite was less and I had more energy w/out being jittery. So I liked it! I found a five dollar off coupon online so I'm thinking about picking more up.0

I heard the cleanse works well and I am thinking about trying that as well as the regular slim quick. I am against "diet pills" so i don't know if this would fall under that category... trying to see if people have had good results with it. I eat healthy and exercise so I am hoping this would benefit me...0

I'm on day 3 of the cleanse right now. I started with the cleanse to help regulate some digestive issues I was having, and so far I have noticed a difference. Warning: TMI on the way. I'm less gassy, my stomach is less noisy and bloated after I eat, and I've had 3 or 4 good BMs a day (I usually average 1), but haven't had to race to the bathroom or had abdominal pains with them.
Like others have said, I notice more energy without the jitters. The most unexpected thing is that I haven't had the urge to snack at all since I started. I've been eating my regular meals, but don't get any hunger pains or "snack attacks" in between meals like I used to. They tell you to drink a ton of water, which I'm sure helps their claims of weight loss. Drinking as much water as they suggest will flush you out and keep you feeling fuller on it's own, but it's an especially good idea with the cleanse so that you don't dehydrate.
I'm going to do the regular packets for a couple of weeks after the cleanse week is up and see how they compare. Good luck!0
