Trying to come back after being very sick...

Just when all was going so well...KAPOW!!!! I got hit with the flu. UGH!!!! Now, I'm struggling to get back to 100%...and exercise? HA! Me, "she who exercises 2.5 hours a day" can barely move! I plan to try to just move with out over doing it...adding a little bit of time every day.


Anyone got some great suggestions?
