pulled muscle

Hi everyone,

I almost managed to exercise every day this week (at least 30 min per day), but I got a pulled muscle and can't complete my routine today. I have tried doing some activity yesterday but I feel the pain got worse. Anyone with the same problem? This is not a major pain, so I am not seeing a doctor for now, but it is enough to prevent me from doing more sports. What have you done when this happened to you?

    I ice it, and whine pitiously because I feel like a slug. Then I generally push it too hard, too soon and hurt myself worse.

    Don't be like me. Rest it and then test it out until it feels better. Ibuprofen, or another anti-inflammatory can also help.
