Carbohydrates

I'm new to myfitnesspal and have found it to be very useful! In order to be succesful with my fitness goals, I need to be able to track carbohydrates like I do calories. The app keeps track of calories very well, does anyone know if it will do this for carbohydrates as well? I know that it keeps track of them, but I'd like it to do a running total like it does with calories. Is that possible?

    Yes, you can track whatever 4 macros you want, in addition to calories. It's under settings. I track carbs, protein, fat and sodium.
