I am In well at least I will give it a try some days are hard to get to my workout with the baby but i want in. I have a truck load of wight to loss.

Yep, I think I'll do this. Just spent 2 hours at the gym yesterday (no, not hanging around, lol).
Yesterday I clocked about 40 mins of upper body resistance training, an hour of spin class, and a 20 min ab class. Lots of fun0 -
