Horrible bingeing on and off fr past two weeks

For starters I have not been logging as consistently, I tried to follow a strict sugar cleanse low carb diet and I failed miserably, These past two weeks have been a nightmare and I have no idea where to start as far as logging the binges goes. I feel like a failure and I have definately gained weight, my estimate is that I have taken in more than 6000 calories on these days. I just can't stay motivated! Am I being too strict? I have been battling binge eating for the past 3 months and I feel like I am losing.
