One Week To Get Results

I am going out of town for Thanksgiving to visit family members that I have not seen in a couple of years. At this point, I have lost almost 40 pounds and gone from a size 16/18 to a size 10/12. However, I still have a long way to go to get the body I want. I know that I cannot do a lot more changing between now and next Monday when I step on that plane and I do not have any unrealistic expectations of what I can do in a week, but I do want to be the very best that I can possibly be.

As for exercising, I am in the middle of an outdoor bootcamp that is an hour a day, 3 days a week, where the trainer says we burn approximately 1000 calories a session. I am going to be running a 5K on Saturday, so I also have to at least get in some walking/running before then.

Please give me some tips and advice on how to get the most results from this week. For instance, I know that I should drink more water. I should not drink caffeinated beverages as they bloat you.
