I live in northern Alabama and it would be nice to know if others in the area are using this site too and going through the same kind of struggles to lose and keep off the weight. I lost 120 lbs. while I was in the hospital with pneumonia and made the decision to live a healthier life style going forward after i got out. So far there are good days and bad days but I keep trying. I've been using this site since about August of this year.
