Just wondering if anyone has used this its supposed to help kick start your metabolism my friend swears by it but im not to sure Im at the start of my weight loss journey AGAIN and at 21st 4lbs I could do with a kick start.

    I have used it. I used it while I was at uni.

    I would say It helped... but I think it was mostly a mental help then anything else. I personally wouldnt waste your money!
