When i started this i had no idea what weight to aim for, so i aimed for the top end of 'normal' on the BMI scale, which for me at 5ft9 is 168lb.
Jumped on the scales today and voila, 167.4 :-) Happy me!
thats down from 220lb just about 56lb lost.
Bodyfat down from 38ish to 28ish as well.
Not stopping yet, I fully intend on getting a little bit lighter, but I am going to concentrate on excercising more now to swap the jiggly bits for muscle :-)
