So thanks to the wonderful internet, I've still been able to have jalapeno poppers, buffalo chicken dip, alfredo and a number of other "junk-foods" (love skinnytaste  ).

Just wondering what everyone's recipes are for alternatives to the crap food that has made us EX-chubsters?

I wouldn't consider this junk food per se...but I've replaced Flour Tortillas with Flatbread. I still enjoy tortillas from time to time, especially this weekend, but for the most part I do my best to use flatbread instead.

Amy, I use one wedge of cheese and one slice of bacon per jalapeño...
Cut the jalapeño in half, lengthwise...clean out the seeds and membrane with a spoon or small knife...spoon in half of the wedge of cheese, slice the bacon in half and wrap it around...

I either pop them in the oven or toss them on the barbecue grill for about 10-15 minutes until the bacon is done.

I have discovered that I am obsessed with popcorn! I live a crunchy, salty snack. I air pop mine (3 cups), and add 1/2 tablespoon real butter, 1/2 teaspoon Molly McButter, and 1/2 teaspoon ranch dressing mix. OMG. So satisfying!
