My 30DShred experience +a few pics

So I have just completed 30DSHRED, with a day off every sunday and i think i missed another day or two in there as well.I also did some walking everyday casually.
It was great overall, I feel much stronger and have better endurance. My weight has gone from 183 to 178, so a nice 5 lbs loss for a month.

oh, and I wish i was wearing the same workout pants as the first pic, but they were in the wash!
Also, I Have lost a decent amount of inches!

My starting measurements where as follows:

THEN NOW TOTAL LOST
Bust 38.1 37.6 -.5
High waist 31.6 30 -1.6
Low Waist 38 33.6 -4.4
Hips 44.5 42.3 -2.2
Thigh 27.2 25.2 -2
Calf 14.5 14.2 -.3
Arm 12.8 12.2 -.6

For a grand total of: 9.5 inches off my body, for ever!! lol

now here are a few pics, I really am happy to see my waist is going back to what it used to be! Progress pics definitely have helped me realize i am trimming down...slowly but surely.
I know it might not look like much maybe but my clothes are fitting much much better now.
Excuse the smiley face drawn in, i looked a little terrible in that pic lol

Thank you, I don't know if I want to do it again, i found it really boring towards the end ya know? I was looking at doing another dvd of some sort but no idea what to get!

I also want to add some cardio in there. Like 30-45 mins every other day of incline walking or jogging/running/elliptical to speed up these last 19 lbs !!

Nice. Amazing progress. I'm going to be starting 30DS as well. I've only had it 2 or 3 years now. I guess it's past time haha.

I wonder if I will get bored? Right now I just feel like Jillian is trying her best to kill me. I was thinking about following the easy lady this time around, and then following the hard lady next time? But I guess if I get bored I'll do ripped in 30 or the extreme 30 day shred next.

thank you my fellow Virgo ;)

You should do it, it really does make u so much stronger!! if i would have done it everyday, i probably would of had a better loss, but thats okay!
Just to add, my weight fluctuated up and down a few lbs through the whole process. I thought I was going to end up weighing the same up until a week and a half ago! So if u do start it, dont look at the scale as much as i did!!

basically its a 30 day workout with three different levels. Each one getting progressively more difficult. I did each level for about 10 days then jumped to the next one.
Jillian incorporates 3 mins of strength training, 2mins of cardio and 1 min of abs making the total workout from stretching to cool down about 27 mins long.

Its hard on each of the levels for the first few days, but then you get pretty strong and are able to do the whole workout without feeling like your going to die :) lol i definitely recommend it!
