30DS and still now weight loss.

**30DS and still no weight loss**

Today is day 8, and i have been on the scale at the same weight for the past 4 days. I haven't gained and i haven't lost anything.
Why is this, i should at least be losing a couple ounces at least.

anyone have any suggestions on what i should be doing to get the most out of my weight loss and get the scale to start going down?

    It's only been 8 days, and your body is adjusting to something new. At least you're not gaining! Your muscles are likely sore and your body is retaining water to help heal them. Also have no clue how much or what types of things you're eating - if you open up your diary, we might be able to give advise there.

    I only lost 6 lbs during the 30 days that I did 30DS, and it was the beginning of my weight loss journey. I lost a lot of inches though, and really changed the shape of my body. The weight continued to come off after that month when I started switching up my workouts. Give your body time to adjust and make sure your diet is pretty spot on.

    Your worried about 4 days of not losing weight?!?!?! I went 4 months once without weight loss. Be patient.

    30DS did amazing things for me! You will gain muscle/definition...quit worrying about the scale.

    Are you losing inches? Even though I could tell my clothes were fitting looser, the scale wasn't moving...so I got rid of it..
