Calories burned- Cardio Glide

I have a really old Cardio Glide Machine I got at a yard sale because its getting dark too early and is too cold for my evening walks. How do I calculate calories burned? Its kind of like a rowing machine so Ive used that but want the most accurate burn info.

My best suggestion would be to invest in a heart rate monitor (which you could use fr other activities like walking and cycling etc next spring when the weather gets better)
