I am following the leptin levels regime

I am new to my fitness pal , I am trying to stick to the 5 principles of the regime by Bryon Roberts, mainly it is don't eat between meals and definitely no more food after dinner. Also eat good quality food.

i also got the free Matt Roberts DVD from the saturday telegraph about a month ago and have ben doing the resistance workout at home about 4 times a week on average. I t takes about 25 mins and really made me out of breath, but it is getting easier now. i recommend it.
